Abigail Simpson, DVM

Dr. Abigail Simpson earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University in 2006. She grew up in the Midwest and has always had a passion for caring for animals. Prior to moving to the East Coast, Dr. Simpson worked as an equine and mixed animal practitioner in Iowa, and then as a small animal practitioner in Illinois. Her family moved to New York in 2010, where Dr. Simpson has been serving the Hudson Valley ever since. She enjoys helping people with their pets, and is committed to providing the best medicine and compassionate care.

Dr. Simpson is a professional member of the New York State Veterinary Medical Association and American Veterinary Medical Association. She has also been an active USDA Accredited Veterinarian, providing Domestic and International Health Certificates to pets.

Dr. Simpson lives in Minisink with her husband, two sons, and family dog. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, horseback riding, the beach, kayaking, paddle boarding, and skiing. She highly values time with family and friends, and loves living in Minisink and all that the beautiful Hudson Valley has had to offer
