Linda Hanel-Sautter, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Hanel-Sautter is originally from Long Island and became an Orange County resident after getting married in September 2012. She received an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology from Suffolk County Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Long Island University-C.W. Post. Dr. Hanel-Sautter received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine located in Grenada, West Indies. Where she was inducted into Phi Zeta, the Veterinary Honors Society and received the Pfizer Specialty Team Award for Internal medicine. She completed her clinical year at University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine in Gainesville, Florida.
Upon completion Dr. Hanel-Sautter returned to Long Island and began practicing. She completed The Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates (ECFVG) certification program and holds a USDA Accreditation and can provide International Health Certificates to pets. Dr. Hanel-Sautter is a professional member of New York State Veterinary Medical Association and The American Veterinary Medical Association.
Dr. Hanel-Sautter lives in Unionville with her husband Jason Paul Sautter, Esq., their two children, two dogs, a Red-eared Slider, a Sun Conure, and chickens. She enjoys wine tasting, fishing, hiking and spending time with friends and family.
